Shipping policy
After your order has been processed, all packages are shipped with USPS or UPS. All shipments over $200 require signature upon delivery for the security of your piece. Tracking is provided upon shipment.
US orders are shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping, while all international packages are delivered via UPS Worldwide Express in 2-5 business days.
Please note that we cannot control any delays that may occur with customs processing. We are not held responsible for any delays or fees charged by customs/duties in your country. The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or brokerage fees.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Damages
Evergreen Jewelry Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Processing Times
Please refer to individual product pages for processing times, as this varies between items. In general, all fine jewelry ships within 7-10 business days, while handmade jewelry ships in 3-5 business days.
