Wholesale Terms and Conditions

 

For first time customers of Evergreen Jewelry Co, the minimum order value is $250. After that, the minimum order value is $200, but smaller orders may be authorized depending on availability at the time.

 

How to place orders

• Fill out the wholesale sign up form, and email your resale certificate to contact@evergreenjewelryco.com with the subject "resale certificate - 'your business name'"
• Next, create an account on our website.
• Once we receive your resale certificate, we will email you an order form. Fill it out and email it to us at contact@evergreenjewelryco.com. We will then confirm availability, give you an estimated ship date, and send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we will begin making your order, and you will be notified when it ships with tracking numbers included.
• Keep a copy of this order form to reuse for future orders. 

 

MSRP

Product must be sold in retailers stores at or above my MSRP at time of purchase.

 

Returns 

Wholesale orders are subject to the same return policies as non-wholesale orders. Please see return policy for reference. 

 

Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping costs will be determined when you are invoiced.

 

Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at contact@evergreenjewelryco.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Damaged goods will need to be returned to 6410 9th Ave NE apt 309, Seattle, WA 98115. After damaged goods are received back, we will replace items within 10 business days.

 

Delivery Window 

Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items before your order ships. Larger orders may require more time; please contact me for information about availability.

 

Shipping International Orders

We do not ship international orders at this time

 

Changes to Wholesale

• Evergreen Jewelry Co reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions that govern our wholesale relationships at any time. We will notify current wholesale account holders of any such changes.
• Furthermore, we reserve the right to make alterations to our wholesale products, prices, shipping methods, returns policies or any other part of our wholesale process.
